Board of Directors


Mr.Lakshminarayanan, fondly called as “Lakshmi” is a seasoned finance professional with over 15 years of experience in various gamut of finance functions. Prior to founding LBS, he was the Deputy Chief Finance Officer of one of the well known IT MNC corporation. He had more than a decade long relationship with the company and prior to that, he had his short stint with reputed corporate house Reliance Industries Ltd.

His areas of expertise include formulation of business strategies, efficient fund raising and optimum utilization of the funds, M&A initiatives including post acquisition integration, Business Process study, re-engineering and implementation of internal systems, Overall F&A systems and procedures, implementation / Migrations procedures for IFRS / Ind AS.

Lakshmi is a highly dynamic and approachable person with a keen eye on detail. His Balanced attribute of Hard work, Integrity and subject knowledge ensures enriched value addition to the clientele in terms of efficiency and effectiveness.

Lakshmi is Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and also a Member of Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India.

Amar Chintopanth is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of professional experience. His expertise covers areas of accounts & finance, mergers & acquisitions, business strategy, taxation, regulatory compliances, etc. He has had extensive experience in capital raising in the form of debt/equity/structured products in domestic and international markets ; domestic and international credit ratings; valuations; debt restructuring; domestic and international acquisitions and their integration; FEMA regulations, etc. He also carries vast experience in accounting for multi geography businesses including expertise in due diligence.

He has held leadership positions in 3i Infotech Limited, Polaris Software Limited, ITC Classic Finance Limited and AF Ferguson & Co. all of which are/have been leading organizations in their respective areas of businesses.

Mr. Varadharajan is an accomplished Finance Professional with more than 15 years experience in diversified fields. He focuses on Innovation, Strategic Planning and formulations and ensuring quality delivery of services within the Time bound Manner.

He brings with him a rich experience in the areas of Audit and Assurance ,Corporate finance and Corporate Restructuring ,Tax Management (Both Direct and Indirect), RiskManagement, KPO Management. Convergence Advisory for Accounting vis a vis IFRS/IND AS.

Mr. Varadharajan , “Varadha” to his friends, is known for his client centric and realistic approach in bringing in feasible solutions. An avid reader, he possesses a great clarity of thought and is articulate in plan execution.

Varadha is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and also a Member of Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. He is also ISA Qualified professional (Information system Audit)of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
